I have a line from this song tattooed on me. if we make it through I can save you…”I will cary us home” I think the fact that i’d tattoo those words on me says a lot about who I am. I never put much thought in to it, honestly. I took 2 lines from songs I liked and mashed them together it just sounded right. “All we need is a reason and I will carry us home” it’s more true than I realized. I went with a gut feeling but the truth I didn’t see then was that I search for things that need to be fixed. I always want to save someone or something. I need to take care of people, despite my refusal to let anyone else take care of me.
